I used the Action button on a site:
Viewed on desktop and tablet we see this button. Viewed on a Iphone SE or Huawei P8, we don’t see this button.
Is there a way to use this button on all devices?

Could you please test it clearing your browser cache and using different browser?

Tested with emptied browser cache and Firefox and Chrome on Huawei P8.
I see the Action button in the wp-admin preview in the Customizr for phone viewports.
I don’t see the Action button on mentioned phones on fp.theaterkoortotenmet.nl
I do see the Action button on your demo site.
I have removed the custom .css I added, still the same.
Do you have other suggestions?

One from mobile with no Action button using FF on a Huawei P8. Also reported was the Iphone SE, which also shows no Action button.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins specially WPtouch plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Yes, this solved it. After disabling WPTouch, it works.
