Activating JetPack Plugin

When I try to add the Jetpack plugin I get the error message below:

How can I resolve this issue? I can’t add projects or testimonials without it.

Please ensure that you are using WordPress version 4.7.2 as this may be an issue caused by having an outdated version of WordPress. After updating, deactivate and delete the Jetpack plugin then follow the steps in this link to install Jetpack:

I’m currently using WordPress version 4.7.2. I uninstalled and re-installed it but still get the same message.
