Add "Alt" attribute to all image emplacement

Is it posssible to add “Alt” attribute to all image (widgets…) to have a better SEO. It would copy alternative text written by user.

Kindly confirm a sample of the image you are referring to. some of the images on your website are used as a background image by CSS and in this case, they cant have any alt text
