Add Menu bar in a single Static Page

Hi, I encountered the following problem: I have a static page that has a Title, followed by a gallery below, nothing more. I have already hidden the Header nav bar using custom CSS, because I wanted a clean Front Page, but I’d like to have a menu bar below or next to the Static Page’s title. Is this possible?
