Add submenu's in main navigation

We are using Cleaning Company Template

There is only a main navigation. Is it possible to add submenu’s?
(so below the main item the sub items appear)

Yes, its an HTML template and you can basically do any customization, please note at least beginner level is required to work with an HTML template
