Hi there, I’m trying to add an extra page to the current (Pixova Lite) one page site. I can add a menu and assign a page which takes me to a new page when clicked. But I’m trying to add a menu and when clicked it should slide down like rest of the menu section. The page / section I’m trying to add should be able to add text or widgets. (I’m trtying to display a pricing table).
I was wondering if it is possible to add another page to current home page instead of linking to a new page? Would appriciate if anyone could help me.
ps: my website isn’t live which is why i couldn’t share any link. Thanks
Hi sorry for the late reply. Yes I want to add an additional page (or section) and add it to the menu. On that page I should be able to add my own content such as just plain text, image or any other plugin to fill up the page. When clicked on the page name on navigation (menu) it should slide/scroll down to that page like the way it does now instead of taking me to a whole new stand alone page. I hope I made sense now. You want to add a new section on the page and this is super easy, this can be done from the appearance > customize from here you can reach to the existing sections of the page edit, delete or add new ones, if you struggling with this i can help you use this plugin to create temporary access for us, its automatic login link and does not requires sharing your admin details. here is How To guide. at the and don’t forget about “Set as private reply” at the bottom of the message box
Hi, thank you for the reply. My site isn’t live/online yet so I can’t really give you any access. However, I’d like to do it myself and It sounds easy enough but I couldn’t find any option to add a new section. In customise there are options for section visibility, front page sections but no options to add new section?. Could you tell me what option should i Look at?
Just to let u know I was able to add a new page with my own content and add it to menu. It worked fine as a separate page but I want it to be part of the one page home section and not go to a new page. Thanks
