I have added the features section to my Shapely website and selected some icons but I want to include a hyperlink in the content for each feature. Any idea on how I can do this? I watched someone use my website for the first time and they immedaitely tried to tap on an icon to link our to an external page; they were surprised when it didn’t. All help appreciated.

To achieve this you have to create child theme of Shapely theme and develop custom code in it.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.
