adding menu link to posts

I am using the dynamic blog page as my front page. This page is showing up fine when I first go to the URL. But now I also want to return to this blog page from the menu. How do I add a link to the menu that goes to the blog page?

This tutorial about WordPress custom menus should help: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

Pay close attention to paragraph “Adding Custom Links”. There will you have to use your website url which would look something like this https://colorlib.com.
