Hi Jack,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Not exactly like home page but you can add widgets in the other pages by adding widgets in the sidebar and footer widget areas or you can use the following plugin to create shortcode of widget and use it in the page content.

Yes this plugins allows using any widget including parallax on other pages but i have personally not tested it so please test yourself.
