All plugins suddenly deactivated

Hi,

I lost ALL of my plugins. Recent activities:

  • Installed a couple of plugins last night (RSS feeders, social media shares) and was testing them.
  • This morning, I changed a custom link in Appearance > Menu > Home to the correct domain name.

When I go to Plugins, there is nothing there. I saw a list of plugins, each of them were deactivated due to an error. How did this happen?

My site URL is http://sparkandspoon.com

Screenshot is attached.

Hi @ellecooks,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

Changing custom links in the menu won’t cause this issue and i think there must be some another reason for it.

Could you please make sure the plugins exist on your server in the WordPress directory /wp-content/plugins/ ?

If it doesn’t then please reinstall them.

Best Regards,
Movin

Hi Movin,

The plugins are all in the public_html/wp-content/plugins1 directory. Please see attached image. What should I do now to restore them in my blog?

Thank you.

I have resolved the issue by contacting my web hosting provider. Thanks!

Awesome great to see you got that resolved.

Please advise if you have more questions.

Have a fantastic day!
