Hello, i had purchased the All Templates License a while ago, and whenever i try to download another template it tells me to purchase another license.

Most probably your previous license is already expired, so you need to renew your license, and that’s why it’s asking for renew

When i first bought it it didnt have an expiration date, it just said, " Access to all templates and access to all upcoming templates"

I’m sorry, but it was we changed subscription plan in order to run a business on the go, it was impossible to keep business under previous rules
