Alpas Template is too slow to pass core web vitals? Solution

Hi folks,
I bought recently a template called Alpas suggested by Colorlib but unfortunately, its speed is very slow. It’s been 3 months I can’t pass google page insights Core Web vitals. Anybody can help how to speed up my website
