# Anchor link problem with sticky header

Hi,

I am having problems with my anchor links:  
[http://jspasheji.com/careers/](http://jspasheji.com/careers/)

When clicking on the link (current openings) to scroll down to the specific job, the link results in the anchor target being hidden/covered by the sticky header… any solution for this? Or I need to place anchor links a few rows above actual intended target?
