I’m trying to create anchor links in my shapely customized website, but i dont know how to know where to find the “widget anchor links” into my website
I know that i have another widgets, but i would like to know how to see those ids because im creating the website and adding more and more sections.

Using browser inspector you have to find out ID of home parallax section on your site as shown in the attached screenshot which you can use in your internal anchor links.
