anchors highlight the widget, how to cancel that ?

Hello,

using Shapely once again was fine as I created a monopage website with PageBuilder.

I thus created anchors in the menu, but when I click, it leads to the widget and “highlignts” it with a blue rectangle. 1st time I see that !
Is it possible to supress this ?
