anker on front page

Hey I want to create an anker for the front page, for every shapely widget an anker related to the top menu. Is this possible? My main problem is to find the source code where i ccould write down the html tag. Thank you for a short answer

I think you mean ‘anchor’ and yes, it’s possible. I’ve found a way but perhaps Movin can tell you a better way.

First you find the id for the division you want to want to create the anchor to. This you find via the chrome ‘inspect’ tool.

Then you create the menu as usual, through the menu builder… Create them as custom links and in the url type ‘http://xyz.com/#id’ with xyz.com being your website’s link and the id being replaced by whatever id you found through the chrome’s inspect tool.

But I was wondering if there was any way of changing the id’s of those div… Because " http://xyz.com/#shapely_home_testimonial-1 " is a weird url to be in the address bar

Which is why I’m led to believe there has to be an alternate way.

thank you, yes i thought about anchor in german we write anker my fault. that way with the id it worked very well.
for me the the strange url is not a big problem.
thank you for your support

Glad to hear it worked out.
