Arabic text not shown properly for Dazzling WordPress theme

Hello there,
I’ve found something strange. In my web front page (index page), the Arabic text shown fine. but in single post it became strange unreadable text.

This doesn’t look like fonts related issue as I tried to switch to another font via Custom CSS but it didn’t help.

Could you please do a favor and temporarily enable WordPress default theme such as Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Forteen and other to check if text appears correctly on both front page and post page for those themes.
