Attempt to create a custom widget

Hello ,
I try to make a custom widget for my site :

Based on your ‘widget-newspaper-x-posts-a’ I just want to grab the (3 or 4) last posts.
So I guess I have to modify the ‘WP_Query’ to return the last posts in all , not by category.

I immersed myself in the php file, but I can’t figure it out,
if you have tips for me it will be very nice.

I will keep searching with the WordPress dev doc.

Lol I’ve done it 5 min just commenting ‘Grab category and add the new argument’ in the php and work perfectly fine the way I want.
