I just would like to have the background light grey on the sub-pages not to the page too like you can see on the attached image.
I am not sure exactly what you want to achieve here so could you please describe it a bit more in detail?
Also could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying?

You can change the color from theme Layout options as shown in the attached screenshot.
Besides to change the style of the font for the pages and articles what can I do ?
