Background image not scaling properly on Samsung S10e

Hi, my background image isn’t able to scale properly on my mobile (Samsung S10e). Here’s a screenshot of it on (mobile), another screenshot of it using the Shapely customiser and another live on Responsinator.

Any help is appreciated!

Sorry but this is how web standards work, there is no specific code that can be added to improve this appearance >you should always avoid using background images with characters, texts.
Same image that looks good on the desktop device will not appear good on mobile devices because screens are completely different

Thanks for the response! Is there a way for me to add a background image to a parallax section, as well as an image within that section then?

Yes why not, there are other widgets where you can set BG image and images inside with the text, please check them
