In reference to your question here, the section you are referring to is the “latest news” section. You will need to add a new custom link menu element where the URL is pointed to the page section ID (#latest-news) and as a navigation label, fill in the “blog” name.

There seems to be a bit of confusion here, you can change the menu by going to Appearance > Menus then select the menu location and assign the menu you want to be used in the desired location.

Hey, you can do this yourself, in appearance > menu you can edit menu elements, add or delete existing items,
support operators are not for basic things like that, you could do this several ties after yesterdays response
