I created a News page.
I display the post but I don’t display the button read more and the thumbnail photo like the shapely blog (see image in attach) .
I attached the photo how I display my blog page.

Did you assign the page as the blog page? You can do so via Settings > Reading > Your homepage displays > A static page > Blog.
