Where do I find the blog template that appears in the "How To? video? Or, how do I make my own blog template?

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
In reference to your question here, I would suggest on navigating to the your dashboard under Pages>Add New and add a blog page. You can then set it as the page supposed to render your posts from the Settings>Reading section.
