Blurry photos in team section

No matter what I do. I can’t get the team section photos clear. Https://ATIN.tech

Tried a ton of different photos, compressions, uncompressed. 100x100, 2,000x2,000 still blurry. Any ideas?

photos are especially blurry on iOS screens so if possible test the site with your iPhone

is displayed without a crop, shortly, what is upload is fully displayed without modification
