Hi there,
I’ve been experiencing a problem with broken images on my blog site which uses the Activello theme. Screenshots attached - are you able to advise?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Kindly provide the URL to your website so we can look into the issue.

Also Kindly execute the following troubleshooting steps and let us know your finding.

  1. Check to see that the theme and plugins are all up to date.
  2. If all themes and plugins are up to date: Kindly disable any third-party plugins, and leave those recommended by the theme activated, Clear your browser cache and check to see if the issue persists.
  3. If this doesn’t work, switch to a default WordPress theme and check to see if the images come up to see if its a theme problem or not.

I’m not sure which plugins are recommended/not recommended by the theme, where would I find out this info?

I can see the images are displaying fine on your shared site now as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please advise.

You can find theme recommended plugins as displayed in the second attached screenshot.
