I made a call to action button in the theme options but I don’t know how to put it into the content of the page. Is there an option to import the button?

If you want to use custom button in custom location then the best option is by using shortcodes like these: https://colorlib.com/sparkling/sparkling-shortcodes/
Otherwise call for action will appear under slider or menu depending if slider is used.
