You can achieve this by using the attached child theme of Sparkling theme that contains some custom code.

I have the same need to have call to action button on each page in Sparkling theme. I read your answer. However, could you please clarify for me, how should I apply that child theme code?

Hi Damira,

You have to just make sure that the Sparkling theme is installed and activated on your site then just download the attached child theme and use it on your site to make it work.

You can install the theme on your site as described on the following page.
