Can’t get Add & edit skill bars

Hi there! I have the same issue, the Add/Edit Skill Bars just doesnt work. I alrready checked if there were any plugin that may cause the error, but nope! nothing. Help!

And its happening the same with add/edit proyects, add/edit testimonial and add/edit services =(… i cant edit nothing
