Cannot access "Customise"

Hi,

I suddenly cannot choose “Customise” to edit the Jumbotron image and other things. When I clicked on it, I got this message.

It works like a charm. Thank you. I’ve tried the 1st solution and that’s the one. But What is exactly the reason for this problem? I’m just curious
