Hi,
I am unable to change the jumbotron image, when I navigate to its section on the customize screen it shows a lock next to it. When I click into it anyway there are no options available for me to change it. I also believe that I have my pages setup correctly under the Settings – Reading section as well (see attached image)

I hope you are doing well today.
The lock simply indicates that the jumbotron cannot be moved like the other sections of the homepage. You can actually use drag and drop to move the other sections of the theme to re-arrange them.
As it goes for the image, in the Jumotron settings [Appearance > Customize > Front Page Sections > Jumbotron you can scroll down to the “Color” option and there should be a “Background” tab, use the background option to replace the image.
