I had purchased a license (Order #286436) for all sites last year. Presently I cannot download any website template from 1500+ Best Website Templates 2021 - Colorlib as there is no download button. I tried resetting the password, it is still not working. Please help.

I have made that purchase on 25th August, 2020 and got an order completion email on 16th September, 2020. It was lifetime all template license.

I thought at that time some promotion was running and I purchased lifetime all template license for 99 usd. In the order details that I recieved, there also no expiry date or subscription period is mentioned.
Even if the expiry is one year, I had got the order completion email on 16th September, 2020. Invoice (no 3011) date is also 16th September, 2020. So it cannot expire before 16th Sep, 2021. Looks like you guys are scamming people, your portal is also not working properly, I see bug here and there.
