Cannot download themes but have membership

I have a subscription that is currently active, but I no longer see the download link, only ‘preview’ and plan pricing table.

That’s a known issue and we are working on fixing it.
Meanwhile, I can send a template directly. Just let me know the name/URL of the template and will send it to you.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
We are working on it and hopefully will be able to fix it soon. It is a global issue with the site and we are taking all the necessary steps but like with all technical problems, we can’t provide you an exact timeline.

Meanwhile, please DM the names/urls of templates that you want to download and will send them right away.
