Cannot get my Shapely to work anymore.

I tried to update my Shapley and probably deleted something now I get the standard page which is pink with all the standard stuff. But when I go to customize I get this other screen where its all blank and there is no way to add anything. What did I do wrong- it doesn’t go to the nice looking site with the parallax scrolling and so forth. Any help would be appreciated
