cannot install google maps plugin

Hi,
I have installed tyche theme successfully. However i cannot install the required google-maps plugin. There is an error “something went wrong with the plugin API” .

I think it is finding the plugin at Google Maps – Google Maps Builder for WordPress – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org . When I manually type this address, the website is no longer available.

wordpress version : 4.9.8
