Cannot see header

I uploaded a picture file (png) for the header image, made sure it was 1000 x 250 as the theme suggested, but still cannot see header image. It is just white in the header area. Refreshed, cleared cache, tried in Chrome, Firefox, IE, but still header image does not show. What should I do or look at?

I see in your website that you have an image as a background.
