Cannot view work in progress. What's blocking Shapely from posting?

I’ve hit a wall. I’m customizing my homepage currently. Tried saving in “Private” mode, but when clicking any commands that would allow me to view the page, I only get the page that’s been my server’s placeholder — in WordPress as well as by direct access. Publishing as “Public” (which I’m not keen on doing, this being a work in progress) produces the same result. It’s not a 404 error, my server would show a 404 page if that were the case.

SiteGround is hosting.
