Can't change counter widget

Hi,

First of all, awesome theme! But I have one problem: I can’t change the counter widget after updating the theme a few days ago… See screenshots!

Can you help me?

Hello,

Please make sure that you have installed the new required plugin Illdy Companion, it should and will give you the widgets back.

I have Illdy Companion, you can check that because all of my other widgets are working. I just can’t edit the counter. If I change the background of it, it also doesn’t apply…

Can you please get this issue to [email protected] and provide temporary dashboard access so I can have a live investigation? If access is possible, private message here on forum would also do the trick.

Have you got this alright?

You should make sure that you had installed the Illdy companion required plugin and then head over to Dashboard > Appearances > Customize > Widgets and deal with the counters widgets from there.

Let me know if you got everything alright or there’s something else I might be missing out.
