Can't create a child Theme (Please read carefully)

Hi guys! I’ve triyng to create a child theme for this theme without success. Every time that I try to recreate (following the best practices of wordpress) the child theme the buttons get rounded and the fonts changes.

I read the entire forum and get realize that every time that a user post the same problem the moderator creates a specific child theme for that user, is there any posibility to solve this problem?
