can't customize my blog

Hi,

Whenever I try to customize my blog, it doesn’t show up at all. I have the activello theme installed and I just want to change a few things around but the customize page doesn’t load

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

Could you please tell me how you are customizing it and also could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Hi @Movin,

I tried deactivating and reactivating all the plugins and it turns out it’s the CSS plugin that is conflicting with my customizing so I have it deactivated now and everything works fine.

Is there any way to have it activated and not conflict?

Hello there,

I hope you are doing well today.

if the plugin is causing a conflict the plugin would have to be updated by the developer in order to fix it.

The theme does have a CSS section via Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
