Can't edit meta data

Hi guys,
Some peculiar and non-related data is being indexed by google. It is a for a type of drug. However, the website is about gardens! Then is nothing of the sort across the website and this is the only location it is picked up.
I have looked in all the usual suspects but no joy.
Where do I find this information?

Such string is not in the theme i can say this for sure, check your third party plugins and check if your theme is not modified or hacked
