Can't find css file

Hi,
I can’t find the css file.
I looked on the server via SFTP FileZilla, go to the the theme activello, but tere is no style.css or any .css file.

Another question,

why have all files of the theme the ending bin?
For example footer.php.bin?
There ist no file without the ending bin?
I have never seen this before using a WordPress theme?

Can you provide the link that you used to download the theme?

You can install the theme in WordPress via Appearance > Themes > Add New and search for “Activello”.

this is exactly what I have done.
Is there something wrong with the installation? Normally, there are no .bin files?

This is strange the theme should install itself and there isn’t a .bin file.
