Can't see the widgets area for Homepage

Hey guys,
I can’t see the widget area for the Homepage. I can’t choose the widgets for my frontpage. The widgets for the sidebar and the footer are available. This page is a Static page

I have activated the Shapely Companion and the Jetpack plugin. No more.
