Can't upload the logo on my website

Hello !

Since the last update of Activello theme, I can’t upload the logo on my blog http://postcardsfromlina.com

I modified a bit the theme by creating a child theme. All new udpates work fine except the logo that is impossible to upload.

I tried to do it through the menu “Customize” → “Website’s indentity” → “Upload the logo”. But when I upload my logo, I have just the name of my website that completly brokes the style of my blog.

Could you help me to fixe it ?

I hope you are doing well today.

Please ensure that you have installed all the pending plugin updates for the theme then remove the logo and save the changes to reset the feature and try adding the logo once more.

Please notify me of the results.

Than you for your assistance and the quick response.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work… All plugins are updated but the logo doesn’t appear.

How could I download and install the earlier version of the Activello theme because the logo is very important for my website ?

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Activello theme.

It seems this is not working on your shared site because of the child theme you are using on your site so to resolve the issue modify your child theme as described in the following topics.
