Category Sub Pages Displaying Incorrectly

I am having a layout issue with a category second page on my blog. As far as I can tell, this only happens for this specific category (Light Bulbs).

Page 1 of the category Light Bulbs displays correctly (http://blog.pegasuslighting.com/category/light-bulbs/)

However, when you go to Page 2 of the category Light Bulbs, the width of the page expands and pushes the content off of the page. http://blog.pegasuslighting.com/category/light-bulbs/page/2/

I can’t seem to figure out what is causing this and appreciate any advice. Thanks.

You need to size your pictures. If you size them before you load them into wordpress, it takes up less space on your server/hosting.

The quick fix is to change the size to “medium”.

In the “Visual Editor” select your pic, and click the pencil. In the Display Settings, change the size to medium.

Also, reducing the image size, reduces the file size. Which would cause the page to load a bit quicker.

Hi @reneec,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

This is happening because of the following broken post that contains some incorrect markup so please check the post content and correct the issue.

Thanks for the suggestions! It seems that some of the older images were in fact quite large and causing the layout issues. I’m not sure why they were no longer responsive, but I’ve reduced the image sizes via CSS as @packerlandwebsite suggested and will work on going back and loading new, smaller images. Thanks again!

You are most welcome here
