The footer is currently black and I want it white. I see how to do this with CSS, but then the “back to top” color needs to be changed as well so I’m wondering if there is an easier way to set the footer background color within the theme options? I don’t see it. Thanks!

I am not sure what you meant exactly if you can change the footer background color to white using CSS code then why do you need theme option?
Because the theme options also changes the theme color by producing CSS code.
