Change hover color of all link text

Could you kindly suggest how I can change the nav-bar and other link text (e.g. read more) hover color to #5E3900?

Thanks for your swift support.
I’m afraid that I didn’t make myself clear enough.

I know the solution you provided was for the color change of hovering a link.

However, the color I need to change is on navigation bar and other article titles at frontpage.
I know I can change the color through appearance – customize - color - accent color.
But the disadvantage is this change may influence the color of underline underneath the category title of an article.

So I desire to change the hovering link (marked in red at the screenshot) but not change the underline color (marked blue). Thank you.

I’ve attached the source code into CSS now, but the hover color of read more has not been changed.
