Change Page Titles to H2 Tags Instead of H1

Due to SEO purposes, I don’t want my page titles to be H1 tags. How can I change this?

Such thing is not possible from theme options panel, you need to search all h1 tags in the theme files and change them to h2. please note you have to use a child theme if you want to keep changes during a theme update
