Change permalink url

Hi everybody

Could someone please help me with this.

I need to change the url of some post and 1 page of the website

As you can see here :

It’s not friendly because has this
index.php/2019/03/11

When i go to edit permalink, it only allow me to modify the characters of this part
trucos-reparacion-lavadoras/

So how can I modify the part which I really need to modify?
