Change portfolio page-title using project title. It's possibile?

Hello, I should like that the portfolio page-title section shows the projects title instead of page title (“Portfolio”). Is it possibile? Thank you so much

Sorry, but this is not optional, without customizing theme files this is not possible

You would have to edit the PHP teamplate called “archive-jetpack-portfolio.php”. It would be good to make use of a third party developer,one of which can be found here:
