Change "Read more." to german

First: sorry for my bad english…

i’m using the shapely theme on my page “thurgorienta.jacometfamily.ch”

but i got a little problem.
the website is in german, but on the blog-page there is still the “Read more.” in english.
i tried to change with Loco Translate, but it doesn’t worked.

Any simple ideas?

Once you have installed and activated the plugin you may navigate to Tools>Text Changes>Add New within your WordPress Dashboard and configure the fields as illustrated below.
